Sanford/Lee County Fair Housing Workshop

The Sanford/Lee County Community Development Department, in an effort to
promote fair housing opportunities, is sponsoring a Fair Housing Workshop on
Tuesday, December 10, 2024 from 6:00PM – 8:00PM. The workshop will be held at
the Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center located at 1801 Nash Street, Sanford, NC
27330. This event is free and open to the public.
The workshop will include presentations by the Sanford/Lee County Community
Development Department, Brick Capital Community Development Corporation,
and Insight Planning & Development. Fair housing information, along with project
information for the City of Sanford’s Jackson Heights, and Washington Avenue
CDBG projects will be highlighted. Questions and comments can be made
regarding the variety of affordable housing projects and policies. Light
refreshments will also be provided.
