NC BoS Homeless Assessment and Referral Tool (HART) Training

With great excitement, the NC BoS Equity Core Team announces the rollout of the new NC BoS Coordinated Entry Assessment. After 2+ years of planning, creating, and piloting, the NC BoS CoC will transition from the VI-SPDAT to the Homeless Assessment and Referral Tool (HART). All providers currently conducting VI-SPDATs with their clients are highly encouraged to attend.
