S3 Housing Connect’s Housing/Advocacy Committee will be holding its 2nd community dialogue around the lack of affordable housing in the City of Sanford and Lee County.  This discussion will be an opportunity to share information around what is actually available in the area regarding affordable housing, statistics on Fair Market Rent, what actions can be taken to increase the affordable housing inventory, and how citizens can participate in advocacy.
